"I've already removed the bitterness, so just slice it up, add a bit of soy sauce, and it's ready!" The warm exchanges between staying guests and the local market women are another major highlight here. My heart swells with joy at the seasonal flavors and reunions with the women who remember my face. I wanted to capture the rich, vibrant, and heartwarming scene of this "Chatter Street." This is the very reason that keeps drawing me back to Hijiori.
